This is on an MRI report, the patient had a traumatic brain injury. I'm assuming this is meant to be an adjective for "secuela". I guess with "cápsula" they're referring to the internal capsule, since there is no thalamic capsule, so it must be the part of the internal capsule that's closest to the thalamus? How to render this?

Secuela de lesiones hemorrágicas cortical frontal parasagital derecho, cortical lateral frontal derecho, subcortical/centro semioval derecho, margen derecho del cuerpo del cuerpo calloso, margen derecho del rodete del cuerpo calloso, periventricular derecho, región cápsula talámica derecha, temporal profundo derecho, en relación a lesión axonal difusa, dado el antecedente traumático.
