| Definition / notes: | In accordance with the 1997 amendment to the 1992 agreement between EDF and the State, the PLEE arrangement provides support for the construction of 400 kV lines and enables RTE to co-fund local projects of community interest. The amount provided represents 4 to 6% of the cost of building a new structure. Conformément à l’avenant de 1997 au protocole de 1992 signé par EDF et l’État, le dispositif du PLEE, qui accompagne la réalisation des lignes à 400 000 volts, permet le cofinancement par RTE de projets locaux d’intérêt collectif, pour un montant représentant 4 à 6 % du coût de réalisation du nouvel ouvrage. |
