Back in 2012 I was approved directly by a company producing browser games to be their translator from English and German into Bulgarian for all their games, among them action games, MMORPG, strategies, and other types of games. I have translated various types of content, like UI, marketing content, forum and blog posts, video podcasts, social media texts, etc. One year ago I became part of the localization team for Bulgarian of another company involved in localization of games.

I have extensive experience in game translation and I love and enjoy it tremendously. I translated on a regular basis for Eurobet, UK for five years, which included multiple games. My experience comprises the translation of a number of games (such as Green Farm 3, Asphalt 6, Ice Age Village and others) for a German client and a number of games for Russian outsourcers. At present I translate games on a regular basis for two casinos through a Swedish and a Czech translation agencies.

I have several years of experience with browser games localization and testing. I participated in a large project, where I was the translator and localization coordinator of a gaming portal. All portal and games contents - about 400 000 words - were translated by me. I also do browser game testing.

I have an in-depth knowledge of gaming terminology and its equivalents in my native language, as well as an ability to convey an appropriate style. I am also an active WoW player (11 years).

I have recently completed some translation work for a city adventure game. I have also played many games online and on my computer, as well as on handheld devices, so I think I would be able to relate to the various characters and contribute in every aspect of the translation and localization process for various computer games aimed at the Bulgarian market.
