I am a native Dane with 19 years academic eperience within the pharmaceutical/medicinal industry. I have lived in a bilingual family (Danish/English for 23 years) both in the UK and in Denmark.

MEDICAL TRANSLATIONS
Translating medical documents is not only a question about speaking and understanding the language. The knowledge of current medical terminology and slang, appropriate medical terms and culturally sensitive language is essential in order to reflect the intended meaning of a medical text.
I have extensive experience in translating texts such as Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC's), Core Data Sheets, Safety reports, regulatory documents, Patient Leaflets, general patient information texts, clinical texts such as Clinical Protocols and journal publications, medical webtexts and epicrises.

OTHER TRANSLATIONS
I have an interest/experience in many different areas. I have previously established and developed a sales orientated internet company and I am a professional writer (children and youth literature).
