Trải qua trên 50 năm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực giải quyết tranh chấp thương mại, VIAC đã giải quyết hàng nghìn vụ tranh chấp liên quan đến tất cả lĩnh vực thương mại như mua bán hàng hóa, vận tải, bảo hiểm, xây dựng, tài chính, ngân hàng, đầu tư v.v. với các bên tranh chấp đến từ 60 quốc gia, vùng lãnh thổ trên thế giới. “Il Centro Internazionale di Arbitrato del Việt Nam (VIAC), accanto alla Camera di Commercio e Industria del Việt Nam, è stato fondato con la Decisione No. 204/p.m. datata 28 aprile 1993 del Primo Ministro della Repubblica Socialista del Việt Nam con il progetto di unire il Collegio Arbitrale per il Mercato Estero (istituito nel 1963) al Collegio Arbitrale Marittimo (istituito nel 1964). In 50 anni di attività nel campo della risoluzione delle controversie commerciali, VIAC ha risolto migliaia di controversie relative a tutti i settori commerciali come acquisto e vendita di beni, trasporti, assicurazioni, costruzioni, finanza, banche, investimenti ecc. con parti in causa da 60 paesi e territori in tutto il mondo. VIAC è in costante crescita, sviluppo, porta fiducia ed è un pilastro per il supporto alla giustizia della comunità imprenditoriale nazionale ed estera.”

Translation - English Presentation
The Vietnam International Arbitration Center, together with Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Viac) was established by Decision No. 204/TTg dated April 28th of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the basis of the consolidation of the Foreign Trade Arbitration Council (established in 1993) and the Maritime Arbitration Council (established in 1964). Through more than 50 years of activity in the field of commercial dispute resolution, Viac has resolved thousands of disputes related to all commercial sectors such as purchase and sale of goods, transportation, insurance, construction, finance, banking, investment, etc. with disputing parties from 60 countries and territories around the world. Viac is constantly growing, developing, bringing trust and it's a top tier actor when it comes to justice among the business community in the country and abroad.

I studied the Vietnamese language as a European girl.
Now my main area of interest is legal translation from Vietnamese to Italian and English.
My mission is to make Vietnamese law understandable to the eyes of Italian or European audiences,
as well as to help Vietnamese people here with translation of their personal documents.
