This is the right one if it's one of those that folds up into a long thin shape (similar to an umbrella). If it's one that folds up flat then it's just a folding pushchair. Good luck!

Just another option - and the version I would use as it's the least wordy - in UK English. In US and Australia (and possibly elsewhere too) stroller is used. Plenty of google hits too.
