Il ne s`agit pas ici de coupure mais au contraire d'un acces a Internet via le resau local. Je ne pense pas qu`on puisse traduire le terme "Internet breakout" mais plutot contourner la chose a base de "passerelle" / "diffusion" / "filtre" / "routage" etc.
