Operations ‘upwind’ or during a ‘blow-on’ situation to an Installation must address the redundancy of equipment and, where there is only limited redundancy, close approach to the Installation shall only be made when current and wind conditions are such that, in the event of loss of power, the vessel would not drift onto the Installation.
