Fuel Handling & Core management
It is necessary to establish the procedures on nuclear fuel handling and Core management, which define the activities on core changes, responsibility for new fuel receiving and storage, during re-fuelling, spent fuel storage and its disposal.
The procedures shall cover:
 Nuclear fuel order and reception;
 New fuel collecting for reactor loading, including fuel array pattern development and fuel assembly shifting process, taking measurements and evaluation of fuel assembly functional sta-tus, fuel assemblies and sheathes cleaning and drying, fuel assembly preparation for loading into reactor;
