Недостаточно контекста - в какой стране это?
Если речь о людях в сложной жизненной ситуации/с психическими расстройствами/людях, которым нужна помощь на карантине, и т. п., то есть много организаций в Америке, целая система называется Wraparound. Если речь о них, то можно так и оставить: "помощь по системе Wraparound". Насколько понимаю, у нас точного эквивалента нет, т.к. это комплексные услуги социальной и психологической поддержки, присмотра за детьми, бытовой помощи, реабилитации и др. силами соц. работников, семьи, друзей (см. ссылки)
