| Reference: Gran Cliente Pasivo Reference information: From REPÚBLICA DE PANAMÁ AUTORIDAD NACIONAL DE LOS SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS Resolución AN N° 961-Elec Panamá, 25 de junio de 2007 "Gran Cliente Activo: es el Gran Cliente que ha decidido comprar energía y/o potencia para su propio consumo directamente en el Mercado Mayorista de Electricidad pudiendo comprar mediante Contratos de Suministros y/o en el Mercado Ocasional, de acuerdo a lo establecido en las Reglas Comerciales. Será responsable de todos los cargos que resultan del Mercado Mayorista de Electricidad, así como de la instalación y mantenimiento de los equipos necesarios para la medición que conlleva dicha compra y todo el intercambio de información con el CND. El Gran Cliente Activo será responsable de indicarle al CND su fecha de entrada como Participante Consumidor. La fecha de entrada deberá ser aprobada por el CND de acuerdo a lo establecido en esta norma.
