Naprawdę, trudno zrozumiec, dlaczego okoliczności zdarzenia mająś dziać sie w "czasie pokoju"! Nie rozumiem tego, nawet nauczyłem sie na pamięć i nic, wiec najwyrazniej jestem - unreasonable, foolish-like creature!
osoba o zdrowym umyśle i w odpowiednim wieku ... czyli, cytuję: ... człowiek, który może ponosić odpowiedzialność karną, więc jest osobą poczytalną oraz osiągnął wiek odpowiedzialności karnej (the age of criminal responsibility), który w Wielkiej Brytanii dla przedmiotowego przestępstwa wynosi 10 lat. Przestępstwo morderstwa jest więc przestępstwem ogólnosprawczym ...

Fraza "każdy człowiek" jest najpowszechniejszą postacią występowania we wszelkich polskich ustawach, w których definiuje sie osobowość!
"Zwykła osoba" chyba najbardziej mi pasuje do tego zawiłego kontekstu - i też pokrywa się z tłumaczeniami na inne języki znalezionymi przez Pana Franka. Nie wydaje mi sie też, że chodzi o dyskryminacje - ale może o możliwą linię obrony - gdyby ktoś myślał, że gdzieś w ciemności widzi stworzenie, które nie wygląda na człowieka? Spekuluję ;-).
