التنشية هي استنشاق الهواء. والمطلوب في النص هو عدم الإطالة في الاستنشاق وإبقاء الهواء في الرئتين لفترة طويلة، لأنه يفقد التحكم بالحركة اللا إرادية للجسم. لكن الأفضل هو الاستنشاق ثم التريث قليلا فقط وليس الإطالة. وقد أطلقت العرب اسم المستنشية على الساحرة لأنها تبحث عن الأخبار. ومنها نقول: يستنشق الخبر أو يشتمّ الأخبار بأنفه

Apologies for hasty typing in my last comment about the sequence of terms involved in the US Army acronym "BRASS" =
SHOULD BE as follows:

Aim
Sight picture = Make a good "sight picture" by aligning the sights with the target)
Squeeze = slowly squeeze to take up the slack in the trigger

تنشية is also used to mean nurturing so by means of deduction you have the meaning of preparing for the firing?
