Source text - Russian «Программа» медленно таяла в темноте и одиночестве, оставляя её наедине с собой беззащитной и бессильной. Впрочем, в полном одиночестве ей было отказано тоже. Рассеянно Тамотсу запустила руку в волосы, провела кончиками пальцев по шее. Где-то там, вживлённая в её плоть почти на самом стыке черепа и позвоночника, жила микросхема чипа – одна из многочисленных ячеек огромной системы. Обязательное условие вступления в Службу Безопасности, Наблюдений и Расследований. С помощью этих миниатюрных устройств жизни сотен людей, где бы они ни находились, можно было видеть столь же открыто, как фигуры на шахматной доске. И пусть мысли и чувства не были открыты, но всё – от местоположения до здоровья и перепадов настроения, выдаваемых организмом на чисто физическом уровне, возможно было с лёгкостью проследить просто-напросто войдя в директорию того или иного «номера» в базе данных. Совершенный контроль. И попробуй однажды изменить решение, предать, нарушить закон... Смерти, которые вскользь упоминались в новостях, а то и вовсе забывались – разве кто посмеет обнародовать, что некоторые из самоубийц принадлежали некогда к СБНР, защитникам покоя, таинственной полувоенной организации, бдительно охраняющей граждан, бдительно и без единой ошибки... Ошибки стоили тех самых жизней, о которых умалчивалось. Ошибавшиеся попросту устранялись, причём устраняли сами себя. Маленькие умные кусочки металла сводили всех этих людей в гигантскую единую систему. При малейшей угрозе для системы чипы уничтожали носителя. Тамотсу испытала на себе это воздействие только однажды, когда ей продемонстрировали его силу – сразу же после операции. Самое потаённое, самые глубинные страхи, всё, что мозг так тщательно мог запрятать в дальние отсеки памяти, всю боль и скверну, он извлекал на поверхность, подчиняясь новым приходящим извне импульсам, и существование становилось кошмаром. Самые сильные могли продержаться так не больше недели, в безнадёжных попытках противопоставить волю контролю чипа, который использовал их же самих, их собственные эмоции, чтобы уничтожить их, заставить отчаянно желать смерти.
Частью системы девушка себя ощущала. Это присутствовало в её сознании ненавязчиво, но всегда со времени операции. Невозможно было ощутить себя в спокойствии одиночества, когда пусть почти незаметно, но чувствуешь себя клеткой организма, микросхемой гигантского компьютера, ячейкой сети. Иногда это было ярче, и тогда казалось, что вот-вот зазвучат голоса – так явственно, как из соседней комнаты.
Ей было легче думать об СБНР и контролирующих её как о живых людях, но она чувствовала, что Служба, как и Сеть, являются чем-то самостоятельным, отдельным, живым, могущим размолоть любую личность, не заметив.
Закрытой она была всегда, оставив себе только внутренний мир. Но разделять этот внутренний мир, равно как и Образ её стремления, с существом, владеющим ею, ей не хотелось, и потому она решила перехитрить Службу. Работа была для неё всем, в ней было очень мало своего, а то, что и было, лежало далеко от поверхности. Но она была слишком независимой, чтобы позволить кому-то настолько контролировать её. Она изменила себя, искалечила, вогнала саму душу в границы – но в границы, воздвигнутые собой. Она научила себя хранить вечное спокойствие не только внешне, но и внутри – идти параллельно реальности, параллельно своим реальным чувствам.
Translation - English The "Program" slowly melted away in darkness and solitude, leaving her alone with herself, defenseless and powerless. However, she was denied absolute aloneness as well. Absent-mindedly Tamotsu ran her hand through her hair, passing her fingertips over her neck. Somewhere there lived a microcircuit chip implanted in her flesh almost at the intersection of the skull and the backbone, one of numerous cells of this huge system. It was a mandatory condition for joining the Security, Supervision and Investigation Service. With the help of these tiny devices it was possible to see the lives of hundreds of people wherever they were, as clearly as figures on a chess board. And while their ideas and feelings were not accessible, it was possible to track everything sent out by the body on a purely physical level, from location to health, to mood swings simply by going to the directory of this or that "number" in the database. It was perfect control. Just try once to change your mind, betray it, break the law... The deaths which had been casually mentioned in the news, and were completely forgotten – who would dare to make public that several of the suicides were those who once belonged to the SSIS, to the defenders of peace, a mysterious semi-military organization vigilantly protecting citizens, ever-watchful and never making a single mistake... Mistakes cost the very lives about which everyone kept silent. The mistaken ones were simply eliminated – by themselves. The small clever pieces of metal reduced all those people to one huge system. At the slightest threat to the system the chips would destroy the carrier. Tamotsu had experienced its impact herself only once when she was shown its power right after the operation. It would bring to the surface the deepest, hidden fears - everything that the brain could so carefully hide in remote memory compartments, all the pain and degradation, submitting itself to new impulses from the outside. And then existence became a nightmare. The strongest could hold on for no more than a week, in a hopeless attempt to oppose their will to the chip’s control which used their own emotions to destroy them, to force them to desperately crave death.
The young woman felt like a part of the system. It was subtly, but ever- present in her consciousness since the operation. It was impossible to find the peace of loneliness, while almost imperceptibly you would feel like a cell of an organism, like a microcircuit in a huge computer, like a network cell. Sometimes it was brighter, and then it seemed, that the voices were so clear, as if from the next room.
It was easier for her to think about the SSIS and about the ones who controlled as live people, but she believed that the Service, as well as the Network, were something independent, separate, alive, able to grind down any person, without even noticing it.
She was always withdrawn, having only her internal world to herself. And she did not want to share this private world, nor the Image of her aspiration, with the creature who owned her, and so she decided to outsmart the Service. The work was everything to her. There was little in it that she considered her own, and that, which she did was buried far below the surface. But she was too independent to allow someone to control her to such an extent. She had changed herself, had crippled herself, had forced her soul into a box, which she herself had created. She taught herself to maintain eternal calmness not only outside, but also inside, to go in parallel with the reality, in parallel with her true feelings.

1. обнаружения мобильных станций стандарта GSM, попадающих в контролируемую комплексом зону,
2. регистрации трафика (входящие и исходящие соединения) от этих мобильных станций,
3. манипулирования состоянием мобильных станций, зарегистрированных комплексом.
Комплекс работает скрытно в сетях GSM с различными видами кодирования (А5.2, А5.1)
Комплекс обеспечивает:
- определение основных параметров мобильных станций – IMSI, IMEI, Kc, etc, необходимых для работы системы;
- полный контроль входящего и исходящего трафика мобильных станций, попадающих в зону действия комплекса;
- манипулирование состоянием мобильных станций, в том числе создает возможность определения местоположения мобильной станции (target) путем активации ее передатчика.
Комплекс может использоваться в следующих режимах:
“Catcher”
1. IMSI и IMEI catching. (негласное получение основных идентификационных параметров мобильных станций (IMSI, IMEI, TMSI, Kc etc).
2. Обнаружение, контроль прибытия и убытия, включения и выключения мобильных станций в зоне действия комплекса.
3. Запрещение работы определенной мобильной станции (Target) или группы станций, находящихся в зоне действия комплекса.
“Interceptor”
Обеспечение полного контроля трафика мобильных станций, попадающих в зону действия комплекса.
Два режима контроля:
1. random (all mobile stations)
2. IMSI or/and IMEI (only targets)
Комплекс обеспечивает отбор абонентов (targets) по известным IMSI or/and IMEI идентификаторам, а также имеет средства поиска данных идентификаторов по результатам статистической обработки списков зарегистрированных абонентов.
Комплекс работает скрытно и не обнаруживается пользователями мобильных станций. Система не создает помех внешним мобильными сетям GSM.
Translation - English The System is intended for:

The System can be operated in the following modes:

1. IMSI and IMEI catching. (secretly obtaining mobile stations’ main identification parameters (IMSI, IMEI, TMSI, Kc etc).
2. Detection, controlling mobile stations entering and leaving, turning the power on and off in the System's coverage zone.
3. Preventing operation of a certain mobile station (Target) or of stations groups, which are in the System's coverage zone.
“Interceptor”
Maintaining full control over mobile stations’ incoming and outgoing traffic within the System’s coverage zone;
Two control modes:
1. random (all mobile stations)
2. IMSI or/and IMEI (only targets)
The System supports subscribers (targets) selection by the known IMSI or/and IMEI identifiers and also has the given identifiers search tools based on the registered subscribers statistical list processing results.
The System operates in stealth mode and it cannot be detected by the mobile stations’ users. The system does not create interferences for external mobile GSM networks.
