Source text - English Benefits from oral supplementation begin at fractions of a milligram per day and peak sharply at 3 to 9 milligrams per day. These beneficial effects gradually diminish if fulvic is taken in higher amounts, so there is no point in going overboard with fulvic.
The exact amount should vary according to your body weight. I personally take 3 milligrams 3 times daily. But I am very tall and weigh over 100 kilograms.
Figure 11-1 below shows the oral response to fulvic based on a combination of many studies from all over the world.
