We have audited the accompanying financial statements of GAAP Singapore Ltd (the “company”) and its subsidiaries

group and of the changes in equity of the company for the year ended on that date.

Les principaux indicateurs financiers concernant la Banque sont présentés pour ces cinq dernières années. Ces ratios dépendent de
la croissance du portefeuille et du volume annuel des investissements bancaires sur cette période quinquennale, conformément à la
stratégie de la BERD. La Banque développe ses activités en sʼappuyant sur ses capacités capitalistiques afin dʼatteindre les objectifs
de son mandat, tout en maintenant ses ratios sous-jacents à des niveaux prudents essentiellement conformes, parmi les BMD, au
quartile supérieur en termes dʼassise financière et de rentabilité.
Les bénéfices et les réserves de la Banque témoignent dʼune certaine volatilité due en particulier aux fluctuations des valorisations
des titres de participation. Si lʼon ne tient pas compte de ces fluctuations – et des variations latentes de la juste valeur affectant les
prêts des Opérations bancaires également mesurés à la juste valeur – on constate une augmentation persistante des fonds propres
de la BERD, leur rentabilité moyenne sʼétablissant à 5,3 % au cours des cinq dernières années (2012-16 : 5,7 % en moyenne). Le ratio des prêts improductifs a baissé, pour se situer à 3,9 % au 31 décembre 2017, contre 5,5 % un an plus tôt.

El Banco desarrolla sus actividades apoyándose en su capacidad de solventar cualquier exigencia de capital, a fin de lograr los objetivos de su misión, manteniendo al mismo tiempo sus índices subyacentes a niveles prudentes, que en esencia se encuentren dentro del cuartil superior en el sector de Bancos Multilaterales de Desarrollo (BMD, por sus siglas en francés), en términos de base financiera y rentabilidad.
