How easy is it to learn?

Nice tool, fast learning, helps increase your output
Review by
Andrea T. Egeresi . The interface is clear and simple, without too many things to learn on it and without tricky functions. It's TM is not simply saving your translations, but learning your style of translating, and learns from the mistakes you correct. It used the best MT function I have seen. My output increased to 600–1000 words/hour, which is incredible. I did not use it for my own, external files though, only for performing translations for Lilt, but I do like it :)

How easy is it to learn?

Easy-to-use cloud CAT-tool with integrated adaptive MT
Review by
Marta Chereshnovska . - very easy to learn and get used to;
- had integrated useful QA check function;
- MT engine "learns" from the past similar projects, so MT suggestions are relevant in most cases;
- improves translation speed considerably with interactive suggestions;
- integrates machine translation (MT), translation memory (TM) and translation database (TD).

Not to be confused with the MTPE platform: it doesn't pre-translate texts that the human translator has to post-edit, but provides suggestions based on the similar content previously translated.

I highly recommend this tool, it's simple and efficient
Review by
Michelle Castela . I have worked with this tool for about 2 years, along with SDL Trados and MemoQ. I must say that they're on the same level when compared technically.
It's really easy to learn and the environment is simple and clean, where for example, the translator may choose how many segments the screen should show.
Lilt is very efficient in providing suggestions, i.e., through TB and TMs but for me wins by the way it suggests partial contents, which is very useful. Just by pressing "Enter" I may choose a suggested word or the whole string with the shortcut "Shift+Enter".
Besides estimating the remaining time to end the translation, Lilt also calculates the number of words that were translated per hour which may be useful for providing quotations.
Another great feature is the quick and continuous support, just by clicking "Help" on the actual tool. Extremely easy! A community of other Liltlancers is also there to share ideas and suggestions with us.
Overall, I highly recommend this reccomend this tool!

Good tool, great company behind it
Review by
Ivona Ivković . The online tool the company is using is a standard online tool, much like MemSource or Smartcat.
I prefer desktop tools over online cloud-based software, but it's the future of the business and we need to adapt to it...
Lilt is a great company, payments are prompt, on time, communication with PMs and the rest of the team is smooth and informative.
The overall experience of our cooperation is really: excellent.
