Mine is still quite cluttered and top heavy. Am usually too busy to do anything about it. I recently removed some categories (financial/legal) since I wasn't getting or enjoying much work in these areas and am now tending to specialise more in my others...

Depends on the definition of complete The definition is quite plain: there's a percentage of completion displayed in your profile, so that's what we're talking about, I guess. It includes mandatory fields and recommended fields. Then, there are also additional fields.
To answer Nicole and Alexander, I think that work history, availability and blue board are not counted at all in the profile completeness. Work samples is only an recommended field, not mandatory.

I chose not to put any samples there, so I answered "no", though Proz says it's 100% complete.
I just wish I could publish there samples of cheap translations I was hired to fix/redo, but these clients asked me not to do it, even on my own web site.
