Required skills:
Experience with PHP/MySQL
Ability to develop code rapidly
Readiness to improve code continually in response to community feedback / usage patterns
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong English language skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive projects to completion
Pluses:
Experience with javascript, AJAX techniques, localization/multilingual websites
Experience running own website
