motorized bus-tie switch/breaker

Is your "armario" something to do with electrical systems? I found several refs. to "busties" or "bus ties" as a type of switch or breaker:

Replacing the two ***motorized bus tie switches*** with manual units and installing a refurbished 34.5kV
oil circuit breaker

This ref. is from a "Marine Electric" company, re: switchboard panels:

A molded-case ***bus-tie switch*** (with no overload elements) connects the two power buses.
