In translating a document about a coronary catheterization procedure I am not sure how to translate the following phrase:
"en luz verdadera de CD."
Here is the context:
Se realiza punción de arteria femoral derecha para sondaje por vía contralateral de árbol coronario izquierdo, evidenciándose que dicha guía no se encuentra en luz verdadera de CD por lo que se opta por dar por concluido el procedimiento sin complicaciones.

: How do you come up with this translation? It makes no sense in this context. When talking about arteries, "luz" means "lumen" -- the inner open space of the artery.
