If any Order, including any line or subline item thereof, as indicated by a DPAS rating symbol thereon, is a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS), then the following statement applies to the order/line item/subline item: “This is a rated order certified for national defense use, and you are required to follow all the provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulation (15 CFR part 700)”
