: Exactly what I was getting at in my discussion post! Here, it is the fitting on the cable, at the end where this connects to the load.

Discussion
I have wrongly expressed my need as I do understand what is a load and a fitting.
Whilst it is clear what the underlying sense is, the term can have several different translations, depending on the exact technical context in which it appears... whence my question.
