Either these words appear "on their own" somewhere on a birth certificate
OR they are part of a sentence

Either way, this needs to be made clear otherwise this is a complete waste of everyone's time

with this Asker the guiding principle seems to be translator's version of "Aw, you gotta be kidding. Lunch is for wimps."

From what you can find on your own, it seems that "Residence Copy" in fact has nothing to do with being part of a birth certificate, but is another document altogether that might be required at the same time as a birth certificate in some cases.

All very helpful to get it right, and for whoever might need the same term in the future ...
