This one just has me stumped. It's from an appendix to a delivery contract for a company who owns food kiosks and other restaurants and snack shops. It's from a list of investments and expenses, so I really don't have much context, but here's the only appearance it makes in a complete sentence:

"Die Schalter- und Schachtbeiträge sowie Investitionen sind für ein Jahr fix abgesprochen."
