Despatch advice nº
Cf. "DESADV".

"DESADV is the abbreviation for despatch advice. A despatch advice is a type of document that is exchanged in the course of procurement and distribution processes. DESADV is also the name of the corresponding EDIFACT document type of a despatch advice. The designation ASN (advance shipping notice) is often used in the automotive industry, instead of DESADV. Both terms, however, mean the same.

FWIW, DESADV is the term used in e-billing and e-commerce. It is the electronic equivalent of a packing slip, or dispatch note (pax Jennifer), sometimes informally called "albarán" Spanish).

Discussion
As explained here: https://www.sii.cl/preguntas_frecuentes/catastro/001_012_024... , a guía de despacho (usually truncated to just guía) is an essential part of the paperwork required by the Chilean tax authority, and is quite independent of any nota de embalaje that may be provided for the mere convenience of the seller or buyer.
A guía serves to prove that merchandise is being transported in accordance with the relevant tax law, including when goods are being moved between the seller's/owner's own premises and there is no 'sale' as such. It must always travel with the goods, and the authorities (tax inspectors, police) can demand to see it at any time in their attempts to combat theft and fraud.
A Chilean guía also serves as an albarán, inasmuch as it serves to acknowledge receipt of the goods when delivered.
A nota de embalaje often won't even exist for bulk goods (cattle, grain, sand & gravel, ...).
