Menu from a local restaurant. They have the phrase 'huevos al hierro' to refer to eggs fried on an Cast Iron Skillet. I'm trying to find an equivalent. Is 'Cast Iron fried eggs' the only option?

To my knowledge there is not another equivalent but I would not say "cast iron fried"

huevo frito is ... 'fried egg', regardless of what the frying-pan is called (a skillet is nothing other than a frying pan) or whether is made of cast iron or pressed steel or ... whatever.

: I agree, if "huevos al hierro" describes eggs fried in a cast iron pan, they are no diferent than other fried eggs. Some people may prefer cast iron skillets so this may be a tactic by the restaurant to promote their dish.

"Egg Skillet" is a common menu item of eggs fried in cast iron: It does imply that it is going to come with more than just eggs-for example potatoes, bacon, and/or toast, so it may or may not be appropriate-but it is something people will probably recognize and understand.
Example sentence:
I'll order the egg skillet with a side of hashbrowns, please.
