Eggs fried in a cast iron skillet

To my knowledge there is not another equivalent but I would not say "cast iron fried"

fried egg

"That which we call a rose, by any other word would smell as sweet."

huevo frito is ... 'fried egg', regardless of what the frying-pan is called (a skillet is nothing other than a frying pan) or whether is made of cast iron or pressed steel or ... whatever.

agree Mira Plante : I agree, if "huevos al hierro" describes eggs fried in a cast iron pan, they are no diferent than other fried eggs. Some people may prefer cast iron skillets so this may be a tactic by the restaurant to promote their dish.

Egg Skillet

"Egg Skillet" is a common menu item of eggs fried in cast iron: It does imply that it is going to come with more than just eggs-for example potatoes, bacon, and/or toast, so it may or may not be appropriate-but it is something people will probably recognize and understand.
Example sentence:

I'll order the egg skillet with a side of hashbrowns, please.
