It's just a heading, so you could say "staff" or anything similar

agree philgoddard : I don't think 'workforce' is appropriate here, but 'staff' or 'faculty' are.

thanks, "faculty" is good provided the term is intended to cover only the teaching staff and not, say, the janitors
agree Domini Lucas : I had also assumed "faculty" originally due to academic context, but agree that it only covers the teaching staff. I would also prefer "staff" to workforce.
