Padanan yang saya usulkan berasal dari artikel yang saya cuplik sebagai berikut:

Its usefulness provides supervisors and those who are supervised a common set of principles to follow so that an effective chain of communication and common goals are in place throughout an organization".

Tampaknya, dalam kalimat tersebut istilah "building blocks" dipakai sebagai kiasan, untuk menunjukkan bahwa sesuatu hal sangat penting atau besar maknanya.

"....we'll be missing one of our building blocks" dapat dipadankan dengan: "....kita akan kehilangan salah satu unsur yang mempersatukan kita."

our adalah representasi dari seluruh perusahaan, yang tersusun dari PPT: proses, persona, dan teknologi.

Dengan demikian, jika blok penyusun terasa kurang menggigit, bisa ditambahkan perusahaan.

building blocks = unsur2 yg membentuk suatu sistem (dalam hal ini, perusahaan)
