I guess it is something like 鏡面仕上げ, but as far as I looked at it, it doesn't look like a mirror.

I think you are right, 鏡面仕上げ
"mirror-varnished"というソースターム自体、googleのヒットカウントが低いので、コンフィデンスレベルはLowにしましたが、鏡面仕上げより他に訳しようがないと思います。鏡面仕上げといっても、表面に他のものがおぼろげにでも映ってみえる程度まで最大限平坦に仕上げるというだけで、必ずしも本物の鏡のように写真で確認できるほど反射するわけではないと思います。:

鏡面塗装(した)
こう言うかああ言うかというだけの問題ですが、インテリア用語では「鏡面塗装」というようですね。あるいはピアノの表面加工に代表されるように「ピアノ塗装」ともいうらしいです。ただご紹介のリンクでは木材塗装の例ということなので、Maison Hermes に該当するものかどうかは分かりませんが。
