English term

For the people, environment and animals of earth!

English to Latin Art/Literary Other
Same idea as the Roman "SPQR" to mean "For the people and the senate of Rome."
This is research for a possible book. Strong statement; someone who cares a great deal about protecting both people, wildlife and the environment. Sounds stupid I know - but just for book research at the moment.

pro terrae hominibus circumiectis animalibus(que)

I take 'pro' here to mean 'for' in the sense of 'in behalf of', since the phrase lacks a verb which would indicate that it is a dative construction. The asyndeton is intended to render the translation emphatic. The '-que' may be omitted. For '-que' employed to end a series of co-ordinate words, cf. Allen & Greenough, New Latin Grammar, §323.3.
