Hab ein bisschen im Internet herumgesucht und herausgefunden, dass es sich dabei um ein Belly boat handelt (auch Float Tube), eine Art Zwischending zwischen Gummiboot und Schwimmring, hauptsächlich zum Angeln/Fischen entwickelt. Schau mal im Netz unter Belly boat, da gibt es jede Menge Material dazu. Eine deutsche Übersetzung habe leider nicht entdeckt.
