Source text - Danish Top nonwowen svejserens opgave er at svejse top nonwoven sammen med top-foile, dvs. buesvejs og støttesvejs. Dette sker ved at en servomotor via et gear og en tandrem driver to modsat roterende aksler med hver deres excentrik. Excentrikkerne fører topplanet med trykstyringssystem og svejseværktøj ned mod et bundplan. Slaglængden er 50 mm. Bundplanet har ligeledes en vandring på 20 mm, således at det kan føres op og ned. Dette sker ved hjælp af en ledmekanisme, som aktiveres med en luftcylinder.
Trykstyringssystemet består af en luftcylinder, som via udvekslingsarme og ledforbindelser sikrer, at svejsetrykreguleringen er tyngdepunktsuafhængig. Luftcylinderen står med tryk på hele tiden, og lufttrykket reguleres med en proportionalventil.
Fiksering af svejseværktøjet sker med fire trykfjedre, som presser værktøjet mod topplanet. Værktøjsskift foregår ved at en elektrisk betjent ventil aktiveres, og to enkeltvirkende luftcylindre med varmebestandige pakninger presser værktøjsstyrene ned imod deres fjedertilhold, hvorved værktøjet kan skiftes. Effekt til varmelegemerne reguleres af en PID regulering. Svejseværktøjet er adskilt termisk fra resten af sektionen med Etronax.
For at folien ikke skal klæbe fast til overværktøjet, er der monteret et teflonbånd, som manuelt kan trækkes frem. Modholdsværktøjet er belagt med et lag silikone, hvori det øverste værktøj trykkes ~0,1 mm ned. Desuden fungerer laget også som nonstick.
Translation - English The role of the top non-woven welder is to weld top non-woven together with top-foil, that is arc weld and support weld. This is done by a servomotor which, via a gear and a drive belt, drives two opposite rotating shafts, each with their own eccentric. The eccentrics lead the top plate, with the pressure control system and the welding tools, down towards a bottom plate. The length of the stroke is 50 mm. The bottom plate also has a migration of 20mm, in order for it to be moved up and down. This happens by using a joint mechanism, which is activated by an air cylinder.
The pressure control system consists of an air cylinder, which through gear arms and joints ensures that the welding pressure adjustment is independent of the centre of gravity. The air cylinder is pressurised all the time and the air pressure is controlled via a reducing valve.
Fixing of the welding tool is achieved by using four pressure springs, which press the tool against the top plate. Tool change takes place by an electrically operated valve being activated, and two single-acting air cylinders with heat resistant gaskets, presses the tool guides down towards their spring pads, whereby the tools can be changed. Power to the heating elements is controlled by a PID controller. The welding tool is thermally separated from the rest of the sections by Etronax.
In order that the foil does not stick onto the upper tool, a teflon strip is installed, which can be pulled forward manually. The dolly is coated with a layer of silicone, into which the top tool is pressed ~0,1 mm. Furthermore, the layer also acts as non-stick.
