Dear Mr. Adnan,
Thank you for your complaint regarding the above received by Classic Housing Trust on 11 July 2013 which has been passed to me for investigation. I have dealt with your complaint at Stage 1 of the Classic Housing Trust Complaints Procedure. I have arranged for this letter to be translated into Urdu and shall send this to you shortly.
I understand that your complaint relates to a request to have a drive installed at your home. You have previously made such a request which was received by Classic Housing Trust on 11 April 2013 and I responded on the 29 April 2013 by informing you that your property is not in a current scheme, although we note your request for a drive and will place this on your tenancy file, however we do not have any current proposals.
I later provided a copy of my letter dated 29 April 2013 translated into Urdu. This was sent to you on 11 June 2013 and a further copy was hand delivered on 28 June 2013.
You state that you had a conversation about your driveway in April 2012 and that a grant would be available in order to install a drive. We however do not have a record of saying this.
Classic Housing Trust will be undertaking surveys within the next few months in your area to identify a small number of properties suitable to have a new driveway installed. Whether this scheme progresses will depend on survey, costs for the scheme as a whole and issues such as planning permission. Whilst I cannot confirm at this stage whether or not your property will receive a new drive, I can confirm that our partner contractor will survey your existing garden to see whether it is suitable.
Our Partner Contractor Smart Construction shall be writing to you with details of when they intend to undertake the survey.

مورخہ 11 جولائی 2013 کو کلاسک ہاؤسنگ ٹرسٹ میں اپنی شکایت درج کروانے کا بہت شکریہ۔آپ کی شکایت تفتیش کیلئے مجھے موصول ہو گئی ہے۔ میں نے ایس او ایس ہاؤسنگ ٹرسٹ کے شکایتی طریقہ کار کی سٹیج 1 کے مطابق آپ کی شکایت پر کام کیا ہے۔ میرا یہ خط جلد ہی اردو ترجمے کے ساتھ آپ کو ارسال کر دیا جائے گا۔
مجھے پتہ ہے کہ آپ کی موجودہ شکایت اپنے گھر میں ڈرائیووے نصب کروانے کے متعلق ہے۔ یہ بھی میرے علم میں ہے کہ آپ نے ایسی ہی ایک درخواست پہلے بھی دی تھی جو کلاسک ہاؤسنگ ٹرسٹ کو 11 اپریل 2013 کو موصول ہوئی تھی اور میں نے 29 اپریل 2013 کو آپ کو مطلع کیا تھا کہ موجودہ منصوبے میں آپ کا گھر شامل نہیں۔ہم آپ کی درخواست کو آپ کی متعلقہ فائل میں شامل کر رہے ہیں تا ہم ہمارے پاس ابھی تک آپ کے گھر کیلئے کو منصوبہ نہیں ہے۔
میں نے اپنےخط مورخہ 29 اپریل 2013 کی اردو میں ترجمہ شدہ نقل آپ کو پہلے بھی 11 جون 2013 کو ارسال کی تھی۔اور ایک نقل 28 جون 2013 کو کسی کے ہاتھ بھی بھجوائی تھی۔
آپ کا مؤقف ہے کہ آپ نے ڈرائیو وے کے متعلق اپریل 2012 میں بھی ادارہ سے بات کی تھی اور آپ کو ڈرائیووے نصب کرانے کی یقین دہانی کروائی گئی تھی۔ تاہم اس یقین دہانی کا کوئی ثبوت ہمارے پاس نہیں ہے۔
اگلے کچھ مہینوں کے اندر کلاسک ہاؤسنگ ٹرسٹ آپ کے علاقہ میں سروے کرے گا اور ڈرائیو وے نصب کرنے کیلئے چند ایک گھروں کا انتخاب کرے گا۔ اس منصوبے کی کامیابی کا انحصار سروے، سکیم کی لاگت اور پلاننگ کی اجازت جیسے مسائل پر ہے۔ تاہم فی الحال میں آپ کوڈرائیو وے کے نصب ہونے کی یقین دہانی کروانے سے قاصر ہوں۔ لیکن یہ ضرور ہے کہ ہمارا ٹھیکیدار آپ کے موجودہ باغیچے کاضرور معائنہ کرے گا۔
