Translation - English As China's accounting service industry lags behind and the global economy becomes increasingly interconnected, fostering the development of the accounting service sector becomes a paramount concern. Guided by The State Council's policies and endorsed by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, accounting service demonstration bases have been planned and established. Currently, 14 bases are operational, with the goal of reaching 30. Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (ZAEZ) holds the distinction of being China's first state-level airport-based economic experimental area, playing a vital role in Zhengzhou's economic growth and emerging as a key driver of the Central Plains economy. Moreover, the state has extended policy support for service outsourcing. As the ZAEZ transitions from a comprehensive experimental zone to a major transportation hub and industry cluster, upgrading its supporting services becomes imperative.
The article first analyses the research backgrounds, significance, and theories, and studies relevant domestic and international literature through various channels while consulting diverse information about ZAEZ. The goal is to understand the accounting service industry and the reasons behind financial outsourcing. Secondly, based on the clients, results, and industry's development status, the article respectively analyses the demand side and the supply side of establishing accounting service demonstration bases. The demand analysis considers the perspectives of the market and the government, while the supply analysis uses SWOT analysis to assess the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of the supply end.
The current establishment status of accounting service demonstration bases, along with their development history and thriving regional economies, act as catalysts for a stronger and larger accounting service industry. It can be said that accounting services, regional economies, and enterprise development mutually influence and promote each other. The article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the necessity, feasibility, and potential benefits, demonstrating how accounting service demonstration bases can contribute to the development of regional economies. Furthermore, the article highlights the Suzhou Accounting Service Outsourcing Demonstration Base, which holds the distinction of being one of the earliest such bases in the country and has achieved significant success. Drawing on the experience and local conditions in Suzhou, the paper then analyses the feasibility of establishing an accounting service demonstration base in the Zhengzhou Airport Comprehensive Experimental Area, which is designated as a "6-star industrial cluster area". A specific model design case is proposed to enhance the practicality of accounting services and leverage the economies of scale effect within the accounting service industry.

Source text - English Life through stonework - The Grape Stealers
Tour Segment G
Segment Content
The pillar you are looking at depicts medieval crime and punishment. Can you see the stone carvings that surround the top of the pillar? Stoneworks such as these were completed by masons in the late 1100s. Masons of the time would produce sculptures like these, based on what they had seen. So what’s fascinating here, is that you are essentially looking at a historic photograph or cartoon. A story carved in stone.
The story begins with the carving of two people just to the left as you are facing the pillar. In this scene, you can see a boy holding a basket of grapes and an adult looking surreptitiously over his shoulder whilst picking another bunch. These are the grape stealers. Moving to the next carving on the right, the thieves have been spotted by a worker holding an axe. He is pointing them out to the owner of the vineyard, who’s wearing a large hat and holding a pitchfork in his left hand. Moving around to the next scene the thief, still clutching his grapes, has been caught. Just look at the body language of both figures, it speaks volumes. And finally, the last carving of the story shows punishment being delivered. The farmer has transferred his pitchfork to his stronger, right hand and hits the thief with such force that the farmer’s hat slips off his head.
But this isn’t the only interesting set of pillar carvings. Please move to the next pillar of the central arch. Stand in front of this pillar in the same position as you did with the previous one. When you have done this, press the forward button to continue the tour.
Life through Stonework - The Toothache carving and Spinario
Tour Segment H
Segment Content
This pillar has a selection of unconnected carvings, each with its own insight into the past. If you look up and just to the left, you will see a man with a toothache. Look closely at this poor fellow, not only has he got a toothache but he is blind in one eye. Tooth decay was a huge challenge at the time and infections contracted through the mouth were a common cause of death. It didn’t help then, that the tipple of choice at the time was Cider, made from sweet, fermented apples. It’s possible that Cider might be the cause of both the man’s tooth decay and his blindness because, in large quantities, cider can also lead to diabetes of which blindness is a symptom if left untreated. These days of course, between toothbrushes and a more balanced diet, cider can be enjoyed in moderation, with little consequence and still remains Somerset's most famous locally produced drink.
Moving around the pillar to your right there is a man pulling a thorn from his foot. He is known as ‘Spinario’ and is originally a Greco-Roman figure found all over Europe where there is gothic architecture. The meaning behind Spinario’s is often pondered. Some feel it represents the moment in which you both embrace and confront pain in order to move forward, but really it’s a mystery with no firm historical information as to the intended meaning. With this in mind, we invite you to make your own interpretation.
You can’t visit Wells Cathedral without noticing our unique Scissor Arches. Please stand just in front of the font, facing the large scissor-shaped arches. When you have done this, please press the forward button to continue the tour.
Scissor Arches
Tour Segment I
Segment Content
You are now looking at the impressive and unusual Scissor Arches. In 1313 it was decided that the Cathedral tower must be taller. But because the foundations of the Nave’s pillars were not as firm enough, the weight of the heightened tower caused the pillars to sink, leaving tears and cracks in the tower’s structure. By this point, the tower had started to physically lean over the Nave and was in danger of collapsing.
After many attempts were made to solve the problem, the pillars at the base of the arches in front of you were reinforced, but sadly this attempt still didn’t work and in 1338 construction of the scissor arches began.
