1. Open the folder with the files to rename. 2. Press CMD+A, CMD+C. 3. Open MS-Excel. 4. Paste the clipboard content both in the second and third column. 5. Type mv (short for move) in cell A1. 6. Set the import filter to only translate the third column. 10. Translate as usual. 11. Export the translated worksheet. 12. Open the translated worksheet in MS-Excel. 13. Press CMD+A, CMD+C. 14. Open BBEdit (or any other text editor). 15. Paste the clipboard content in a new document. 16. Find and replace \t with " ", with the grep checkbox selected. 17. Find and replace \r with "\r, with the grep checkbox selected. 18. Add one " at the end of the last row. 19. Find and replace mv" with mv, to remove superfluous double quotes. 20. Save the file as translate.txt, in the same folder as the files that you want to rename and exit BBEdit. 21. Open the Terminal and navigate to the folder containing the file translate.txt and the files that you want to rename. 22. Type bash translate.txt.
