In English->Russian, we've just got a kudoZ question:

Cheap TRADOS 6.5/SDLX/DV/... FULL VERSION [and then a link to a site]

The question was rightfully suppressed at once, but I just wonder if it's possible to track and, maybe, ban from the site the unregistered member who puts ads in such a way?
