Is there a way to block a specific visitor viewing my profile?

Someone has been visiting my profile quite regularly: 30 times in the last 30 days! I'm starting to think that maybe this doesn't have anything to do with work and I would like to stop it. Is it possible?
Thank you very much, Cristina

I've read about the search engine crawlwrs
Jan 12, 2009
I read a few topics in this same forum after posting mine and found out about these search engine crawlers. So I'm not worried about someone viewing my profile for strange reasons any more . But still, just out of curiosity: would it be possible to block out a particular IP address?
Thanks, Cristina

Google crawler

Dear Cristina,
I can bet it's a Google indexing engine (it comes from Mountain View or SUNNYVALE, doesn't it?). In which case you should not block it, but be thankful, as this greatly increases your chances of being found on Translator Search
HTH,
Uldis
