This morning, I have paid via paypal my platinum job member, how long is the normal period of time to be upgradded and then can bid in job reserved to platinum?

I'am a Job Platinum member since June 30 and cannot have access to jobs reserved to Platinum members Jul 12, 2003

...I do not know if something has gone wrong, but I cannot have access to this type of jobs since yesterday evening

Has someone else had the same experience? I have already informed Proz support team about this.

when I want to bid for a job reserved to platinum, it continues to appear the same message "job reserved to platinum since..."
Is it normal?
