Hi,

I'm getting sometimes an error message closing file in SDL Trados 2021:
„Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.”

After that is not possible to close SDL Trados 2021. The only way is restart PC.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

Press Ctrl+Shift+Escape Oct 13, 2021

to invoke your Task Manager. Select SDL Trados Studio 2021 in the list of processes and click 'End task'. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any other smarter workaround, but it is still better than reboot.
