Sigo con la traducción del estudio de factibilidad de construcción de vías de transporte, específicamente una arteria vial en el interior de Perú:

"Los objetivos específicos del estudio de tráfico son:

- Cuantificar la demanda actual de **viajes que se realizan en todo el eje vial** de xxx desde su inicio hasta xxx, de manera de identificar el tráfico en la actual ruta.

- Caracterizar la demanda actual según su distribución por sentidos, composición vehicular, variaciones diarias y horarias

- Analizar el comportamiento de los flujos de tránsito y formular las tasas de crecimiento de las proyecciones para el horizonte de ida útil del proyecto

- Identificar la hora punta de la mañana y la tarde para cada estación de control según el flujo de vehículos"

eje vial = main artery
pienso que demanda actual = current demand
Tengo más problemas para traducir "viajes" en este contexto (se refiere a las veces que se toma la vía para desplazarse de un punto a otro)
