Retention of Title
1. C has the right to dispose of the Products delivered by S within the ordinary course of business. Such right can be withdrawn by S if C is in breach of any of its obligation to S (in particular payment default) or if S becomes aware of incidents that give rise to doubts about its financial standing.
2. C is authorised to collect any receivables arising from the resale of Products. Such authority ceases to exist in the event that C is in breach of any obligation towards S (in particular payment default) or S becomes aware of other incidents that give rise to doubts about its financial standing. If the above authority ceases to exist or be withdrawn by, C has upon S demand to specify immediately to S its debtors.
Non-compliance of Products
1. The notification of defects by C shall be made in writing and shall describe the non-compliance of the Product in detail. Only the authorized representative of C may issue a notification of defects. C has to send the written notification together with the non-compliant Product to S.
Warranty
S warrants that the Products supplied to C correspond to the stipulated Specifications as laid down in X. Claims on account of defects shall not exist in case of insubstantial deviation from the appearance and workmanship agreed upon or in case of only insubstantial impairment to the usefulness of the Product.
Rights
1. The subject matter of the contract, the data, proposals, documentation etc. are intellectual property of S and shall not be reproduced and / or be made accessible to a third party. In case the contractual relationships between the Parties regarding the subject of this Agreement have been terminated, all related intellectual property shall be returned to S or, with prior written approval of S, shall be extinguished and C shall not make further use of it.
2. During the pre-contractual relationship or during the performance of the contractual relationship all rights affecting the Products, particularly the extensive copyright including all objects, data, and information handed over to C, shall exclusively remain within the property of S. The documentation delivered with the Products is also subject to S copyright.

Zastrzeżenie Prawa Własności
1. K ma prawo do dysponowania Produktami dostarczonymi przez D w ramach zwykłej działalności handlowej. Takie prawo może zostać cofnięte przez D, jeśli K naruszy którekolwiek ze swoich zobowiązań wobec D (w szczególności nieuregulowanie płatności) lub jeśli D zostanie poinformowany o zdarzeniach wzbudzających wątpliwości, co do jego sytuacji finansowej.
2. K jest uprawniony do pobierania wszelkich należności wynikających z odsprzedaży Produktów. Takie uprawnienie przestaje obowiązywać w przypadku, gdy K naruszył jakiegokolwiek zobowiązania wobec D (w szczególności zalega z zapłatą) lub jeśli D zostanie poinformowany o innych zdarzeniach wzbudzających wątpliwości co do jego sytuacji finansowej. Jeżeli powyższe uprawnienie przestanie obowiązywać lub zostanie wycofane przez D, K zobowiązany jest na żądanie D natychmiast poinformować D o swoich dłużnikach.
Niezgodność Produktów
1. Zgłoszenie wad przez K powinno być sporządzone na piśmie i powinno zawierać szczegółowy opis niezgodności Produktu. Jedynie autoryzowany przedstawiciel K jest uprawniony do zgłoszenia reklamacji z tytułu wad. K zobowiązany jest do wysłania D pisemnego zawiadomienia wraz z Produktem niespełniającym wymagań.
Gwarancja
1. D gwarantuje, że Produkty dostarczone do K są zgodne z określonymi Specyfikacjami przedstawionymi w X. Roszczenia z tytułu wad nie będą uznane za istniejące w przypadku nieistotnego odchylenia od uzgodnionego wyglądu i jakości wykonania lub w przypadku usterki nieistotnej dla przydatności Produktu.
Prawa
1. Przedmiot zamówienia, dane, projekty, dokumentacja itp. są intelektualną własnością D i nie mogą być odtwarzane i / lub udostępniane stronie trzeciej. W przypadku, gdy stosunki umowne pomiędzy Stronami dotyczące przedmiotu niniejszej Umowy zostały rozwiązane, cała związana z nimi własność intelektualna zostanie zwrócona D lub, po uzyskaniu uprzedniej pisemnej zgody D, wygasa, a Klient nie będzie jej dalej wykorzystywał.
2. W czasie trwania stosunku poprzedzającego zawarcie umowy lub podczas realizacji stosunku umownego, wszelkie prawa mające wpływ na Produkty, w szczególności szeroko pojęte prawo autorskie, w tym wszystkie przedmioty, dane i informacje przekazane K, pozostają wyłącznie w posiadaniu D. Dokumentacja dostarczona z Produktami również podlega prawu autorskiemu D.

WNĘTRZE. POKÓJ DZIEWCZYN / KORYTARZ PO CIEMNEJ STRONIE PAŁACU – NOC
Nika stoi na wprost szafy. Ma zamknięte oczy i nieobecny wyraz twarzy lunatyczki. Słychać skrzypienie zawiasów ukrytych drzwi. Chwilę później szafa otwiera się i wydobywa się z niej zielonkawe światło.
Nika przekracza granicę między jasną i ciemną stroną pałacu. Po drugiej stronie wszystko zanurzone jest w zielonkawym blasku, jakby podwodnym. W powietrzu unosi się kurz/dym/mgła. Schodów ani podłogi nie ma, zamiast nich są elementy krążące w powolnym tempie, jak zawieszone na niewidzialnych linkach, zmieniające się kształty. Podłoga, po której idzie Nika tworzy się tylko na chwilę, w miejscu gdzie ma postawić kolejny krok, i rozlatuje ponownie. Trącające się w powietrzu elementy wydają cichy klekot. Trwa też przyspieszony morfing dalszych drzwi, poręczy, ścian, świecącego na zielono żyrandola. Nika z zamkniętymi oczami, wolno jak we śnie, podąża w stronę nieruchomych zielonych drzwi – to jedyny stały element tutaj. Wyciąga rękę do klamki (jak we wcześniejszych wizjach).

INDOORS. THE GIRLS’ ROOM – CORRIDOR IN THE DARK SIDE OF THE PALACE – NIGHT
Nika is standing in front of the wardrobe. Her eyes are closed, she is staring absently like a sleepwalker. One can hear creaking of the hinges of the hidden door. A moment later the wardrobe opens and greenish light seeps out of it.
Nika crosses the border between the light and the dark side of the palace. At the other side everything is plunged into greenish light, as if underwater. Some dust/ mist/smoke is hovering in the air. There is neither a staircase, nor floor, instead there are elements which are circling around in a slow motion, as if suspended on some invisible lines, changing their shapes. The floor on which Nika is walking materializes only for a while in the place, where the girls is about to step and then it disintegrates again. The elements, knocking against one another in the air clatter quietly. A quickened morphing of the other doors, railings, walls, chandelier glowing with a green light takes place. Nika, with her eyes closed, slowly as if in a trance, is heading in the direction of the motionless green door – it is the only element in here fixed permanently. She holds out her hand towards the door handle (as in the earlier visions).
