Source text - English EU approves new biometric border check rules
The Council of the EU has adopted new rules on fingerprinting and palm print sharing that it says will strengthen security in the Schengen area.
The changes are being made to the Schengen Information System.
The SIS will now start sending out alerts on unknown suspects or wanted persons, which provide for the introduction into the SIS of fingerprints or palm prints discovered at the scenes of serious crimes or terrorist incidents and which are considered to belong to a perpetrator.
Meanwhile, new regulations introduce the possibility of using facial images for identification purposes, in particular to ensure consistency in border control procedures. It also allows for the inclusion of a DNA profile to facilitate the identification of missing persons in cases where fingerprint data, photographs or facial images are not available or not suitable for identification.
The Council and the European Parliament now need to sign the adopted regulations. The signed texts will then be published in the EU Official Journal and will enter into force 20 days later. However, the new features of the SIS will only be fully operational at a later date, once all the legal and technical preconditions have been met.

SIS va începe să transmită alerte cu privire la suspecți necunoscuți sau persoane căutate, care prevăd introducerea în SIS a amprentelor degetelor și ale palmelor descoperite la locul unor infracțiuni grave sau incidente teroriste și care se consideră că aparțin unui făptuitor.
Între timp, noile reglementări introduc posibilitatea utilizării imaginilor faciale în scopuri de identificare, în special pentru a asigura coerența procedurilor de control la frontieră. De asemenea, permite includerea unui profil ADN pentru a facilita identificarea persoanelor dispărute în cazurile în care datele provenite din amprente, fotografii sau imagini faciale nu sunt disponibile sau nu sunt adecvate pentru identificare.
Consiliul și Parlamentul European trebuie să semneze acum regulamentele adoptate. Textele semnate vor fi apoi publicate în Jurnalul Oficial al UE și vor intra în vigoare după 20 de zile. Cu toate acestea, noile caracteristici ale SIS vor fi pe deplin operaționale la o dată ulterioară, odată ce toate precondițiile juridice și tehnice au fost îndeplinite.

Deasemenea, la 31 august 2018 Societatea mai are in sold un provizion pentru riscuri si cheltuieli in suma de 1.435.876 lei constituit la 31.08.2018 pentru penalitati asteptate rezultate in urma relatiilor comerciale cu unul dintre clientii sai.
Cifra de afaceri
In anul incheiat la 31 august 2018, Societatea a realizat o cifra de afaceri de 531.857.582 RON (451.029.266 RON in anul incheiat la 31 august 2017).
Societatea estimeaza pentru perioada urmatoare continuarea unui trend ascendent in ceea ce priveste cifra de afaceri, prin cresterea volumului de bunuri si prin diversificarea categoriilor de produse comercializate pe piata din Romania.
Controlul intern
Controlul intern al societatii vizeaza asigurarea:
- Conformitatii cu legislatia in vigoare;
- Aplicarea deciziilor luate de conducerea societatii;
- Buna functionare a activitatii interne a societatii;

- pe de alta parte, verificarea daca informatiile contabile, financiare si de gestiune comunicate reflecta corect activitatea si situatia societatii.
Activitatile de control fac parte integranta din procesul de gestiune prin care entitatea urmareste atingerea obiectivelor propuse. Controlul vizeaza aplicarea normelor si procedurilor de control intern, la toate nivelele ierarhice si functionale: aprobare, autorizare, verificare, evaluarea performantelor operationale, securizarea activelor, separarea functiilor.

Summary: If you find yourself at a Romanian border crossing point or anywhere at the Romanian side of the border, and you think you are in need of international protection and fear to return home, you have the right to apply for asylum in Romania.
Can I apply for asylum even if I crossed the border irregularly?
Yes. The right to seek asylum applies to everyone, even if they entered the country legally or irregularly (meaning without proper documentation).
In what situations can I receive protection?
If you think you have been persecuted in your country of origin, or you are afraid of being persecuted and therefore cannot return due to reasons of your race, religion, ethnicity, social group, or for political beliefs, you may be recognized as a refugee.
If you think you are unable/unwilling to return to your country of origin due to a serious risk of harm/danger because of war, torture, inhumane or degrading treatment or punishment, you may be granted subsidiary protection.
How do I apply for asylum at the border?
If you think you are in one of the situations described above and you want to seek protection in Romania, tell the Border Police in writing or verbally that you are afraid to return home and you ask for “asylum” or “protection”. Once you apply for asylum in Romania, you have the right not to be returned to your country until the asylum procedure is finalized.
