I have been learning Japanese since the age of 13. I went on to major in Japanese studies at Newcastle University. Also, I spent 6
months in Japan in 2013/14 studying at a language school and another one year
in Japan at the International Christian University in 2017/18 as part of my
degree course. During this time, I also undertook various volunteering jobs to
gain first-hand experience using Japanese on a daily basis, something that has
proved invaluable to me. I have been
providing services as a professional Japanese to English translator for about 2
years now. Over this time, I have translated numerous documents, reports, articles,
and manuals as well as a lot of miscellaneous materials as well. I recently began
working as translation project manager project manager for a
translation/interpreting company based in Boston, Massachusetts.
