I am an expert in Teaching Portuguese language and language related skills, such as translating and interpreting .I have been teaching at the Portuguese Global Academy, since 2017, I have taught over 100 students on a one-to-one basis and I have taught more than 100 students at the Delphin School in Bloomsbury Square in Central London. I have delivered over 2000 hours in the last 2 years alone.

My students are of international background and English background.

I studied Elementary Teaching at the prestigious Escola Superior de Educaçao Jean Piaget, from 1996 to 1999 ( refer to CV).

I am proficient in European Portuguese with knowledge and experience of teaching Ab Initio.

My students have been both Post-A level students and Heritage Speakers of Portuguese, so I already have knowledge in this area, plus as a national from Portugal , where I was born and brought up, I am very comfortable with my culture, an area where I am very proficient at teaching, translating and interpreting.

In the school where I teach Portuguese, we have courses structured in three levels-Initial ( A1), Elementary ( A2) and Intermediate ( B1) providing a progressive and functional way of learning the different linguistic and communicative competences, so I am able to teach at all appropriate levels.

Throughout my course I learnt subjects such as Science Systems, Philosophy of the Education System, as well as, History and Culture of the European People and Psychology of Learning and Development, so, it will be a great personal achievement if I were to teach/ translate/ interpret at your prestigious and academic institution/corporation.
