Source text - English Verder moet de voorzijde van de aandrukkers 1,3 /- 0.3 mm terug liggen t.o.v. de voorzijde van het huis van de aandrukkop. Deze afstand is instelbaar d.m.v. de zuigerstang van de luchtcilinder welke op de aandrukkop is gemonteerd.
De afstelling is nu gereed en de luchttoevoer naar de machine kan weer open.
Bediener onderhoudsinstructies
Zorg dat het hitteplaatje schoon blijft. De restanten van het band geven een residu op de hitteplaat en de aandrukker hetgeen een slechte las kan veroorzaken.
De procedure is als volgt:
Zet de hoofdschakelaar uit.
Schuif de hitteplaat en de aandrukker met de hand naar voren. Dit kan gedaan worden bij de aansluiting van de laskabels, de aandrukker kan er worden uitgetrokken.
De las- en aandrukunit schoonblazen. Blaas van binnen uit de unit naar buiten.
Met bv een messing borsteltje kan men de hitteplaat en de aandrukker schoonborstelen.
De machine mag weer worden ingeschakeld.
Frequentie:
Na 8-10 productie-uren.
(Uit te voeren door technische dienst)
Hitteplaat vervangen:
Indien de hitteplaat niet meer warm wordt dan kan de hitteplaat defect zijn. (De lasstroom blijft op nul staan of schommelt meer dan 5 Ampere)
Sluit de luchttoevoer naar de machine af.
Zet de hoofdschakelaar uit. Wacht tot de hitteplaat is afgekoeld.
Schuif de hitteplaat in de voorste positie, door de kabelverbinders naar voren te duwen.
Draai de 4 messing schroeven (M4x5) los.
Licht de hitteplaat eerst een stukje omhoog en trek het er dan uit.
Monteer in omgekeerde volgorde de nieuwe hitteplaat er weer op.
Duw de hitteplaat tegen het isolatieblokje en schroef tegelijkertijd de 4 messing schroeven geleidelijk vast.
De machine mag weer worden ingeschakeld.
Stel de lasstroom in op de bij het band behorende instelling en wacht 2 minuten tot de hitteplaat op temperatuur is. (lasstroomtabel zie paragraaf 3.11)
Translation - Dutch Furthermore, the front side of the pneumatic clamp has to be situated 1.3 /- 0.3 mm back, in relation to the front side housing of the clamping head. This distance is adjustable by means of the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder to which the clamping head is attached.
This setting is now ready and the air supply to the machine can be opened again.
Operator maintenance instructions
Make sure that the heat plate remains clean. The remains of the band leave residue on the heat plate and pneumatic clamp which may cause a bad weld.
This procedure goes as follows:
Turn off the main switch.
Move the heat plate and the clamp forward manually. This can be done when the welding cables are being hooked up, the clamp can then be removed.
Blow clean the welding and clamp unit. Blow the unit clean from the inside out.
The heat plate and clamp can be brushed clean with, for example, a brass brush.
The machine can then be started up again.
Frequency:
After 8-10 production hours.
(To be done by technical services.)
Replace heat plate:
If the heat plate no longer heats up it may be malfunctioning. (The welding current stays at zero or fluctuates more than 5 Amperes.)
Shut down the air supply to the machine.
Turn off the main switch. Wait until the heat plate has cooled down.
Put the heat plate in the front position, by moving the cable connectors forward.
Loosen the 4 brass screws (M4x5).
First lift the heat plate up a little and then pull it out.
Assemble the new heat plate in the reverse order.
Press the heat plate against the insulation block and at the same time tighten the 4 brass screws gradually.
The machine can be turned on again.
Adjust the welding current to the setting according to the band and wait for 2 minutes until the heat plate has reached operating temperature. (welding stream table, see paragraph 3.11)
