Source text - Spanish INTRODUCTION:
This User's Guide for the Mind and the CD are meant to provide you not only a clear and straight forward understanding of how your Mind works but more importantly, provide you the actual tools and techniques to tap its nearly unlimited potential so that you can achieve a life that you desire. That is, a life of quality -- including: health, relationships, wealth & prosperity.
But why the Mind? That's simple -- it is your Mind that determines
1) how you see & perceive the world
2) how you choose to do what you do
3) how you act/react to what happens or doesn't happen to you ... and
4) how you get what you want.
Yet, regardless of the importance of discovering who and what you are, chances are you have never been taught how your Mind works, how to control it, let alone how to tap its full potential. Learning to use and control the Mind is definitely not on the list of "what every person should know in order for them to achieve the quality life they are entitled to."
Yet without such understanding, achieving a life of quality will be most likely by chance ... rather than not by choice. And that just isn't good enough. It's your Mind and you have the right to know how to tap its full potential and use it to its maximum. It's like giving someone a Porsche, without giving them the keys to drive it.
Most likely there have been numerous aspects of your life that you have wanted to improve, whether it was your health, your financial situation, your relationships, etc. but you had no idea how to do it.
In addition, you probably have had a few 'unwanted habits and/or ways of behaving' (i.e. over-eating, smoking, nail biting, quick to anger -- to name just a few) that you truly wanted to change but regardless of your "determination" and "willpower", you found yourself unable to make these changes. Further, regardless of how you put "your Mind to it" nothing seemed to have really improved and sometime, even got worse.
Unfortunately, such "failure" left you with little option but to conclude that 1) you were simply too weak and powerless to make any significant changes in your life and 2) you’ll never really be able to change aspects of your life that really need to be changed as obviously you were born a certain way and must remain that way.
The truth is, your so-called "failure or inability to change" was most likely due to a lack of understanding as to how your Mind actually works, rather than to your weakness and powerlessness. If you would have been taught how to tap into your Subconscious Level, where by the way, habits are in fact located, you would have been able to have eliminated those undesired habits and behavioral Patterns from your life quickly and easily.

Estas Instrucciones Para el Uso de La Mente y también el CD-Rom tienen por objeto proveerte no sólo de una comprensión integral, clara y formal de cómo trabaja tu Mente sino además, y muy importante, proveerte las herramientas y técnicas necesarias para meterte en su ilimitado potencial para que así puedas conseguir la vida que deseas para ti. Esto quiere decir una vida de calidad – incluyendo la salud, las relaciones, el bienestar y la prosperidad.
Pero … ¿Por qué la Mente? Bueno, es simple – es tu Mente la que determina:
1) Cómo ves y percibes el mundo que te rodea
2) cómo, eliges hacer lo que haces
3) cómo actúas y reaccionas ante lo que te pasa o ante lo que no te pasa. Y…
4) cómo consigues lo que quieres.
Aún así, sin tener en cuenta la importancia de descubrir quién y qué eres, es posible que de todos modos nunca te hayan enseñado cómo trabaja tu Mente o cómo controlarla, y menos aún llegar a captar su máximo potencial. En esa “Lista de lo que toda persona que se precie debe saber para poder conseguir la vida de calidad que se merece” seguramente no está incluido el uso y control de la Mente.
Sin embargo, sin esa comprensión, el que consigas un nivel de calidad adecuado en la vida será, sin lugar a dudas, una casualidad … más que una elección. Y hay algo peor: Es TU Mente y tienes el derecho de poder penetrar en sus arcanos para conocer su potencial y usarla hasta su máximo. Lo contrario sería como regalarle a una persona un Porsche y no darle las llaves para que pueda salir a pasear en él.
Seguramente has querido mejorar muchos aspectos de tu vida, ya sea en cuanto a tu salud, a tu situación financiera, a tus relaciones, etc., pero no tuviste la menor idea de cómo podrías hacerlo.
Yendo más adelante, seguro que has tenido alguno que otro “hábito o manera de actuar indeseable” que quisiste en algún momento cambiar -- como por ejemplo comer de más, fumar, comerte las uñas, tener arranques de ira, por sólo nombrar unos pocos -- y que, por más “determinación” y ”firmeza” que pusiste en el intento, sin embargo te viste inevitablemente imposibilitado de conseguir resultado alguno. Es más, todo eso a pesar de haber “Puesto tu Mente” en ello. Y lo que es peor aún, es que a veces hasta llegaste a empeorar las cosas en el intento.
Desgraciadamente, esos fracasos te dejaron pocas opciones y acabaste deduciendo:
1) que eras demasiado débil o inútil como para intentar cualquier cambio significante en tu vida y
2) que realmente nunca llegarías a poder hacer cambios en aspectos fundamentales de tu vida que realmente necesitaban ser cambiados porque obviamente habías nacido hecho de una manera determinada y estaba escrito que así debías quedar.
Lo cierto es que tu así llamado “Fracaso o Ineptitud para el Cambio” sólo se debía muy seguramente a una falta de comprensión en cuanto a cómo funciona en realidad tu Mente más que a una suerte de debilidad o impotencia de tu parte. Si se te hubiese enseñado cómo penetrar en los arcanos de tu Nivel Subconsciente (donde, sábelo, se encuentran localizados tu hábitos) te hubiese sido posible eliminar rápida y fácilmente de tu vida esos patrones de hábitos y comportamientos indeseables.
