We introduce ourselves as a group dedicated to translation services based at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, headed by a software firm The Vision Softwares.

The group consists of people experienced in English to Gujarati and vice versa translation of any type including, General, Legal, Medical, Healthcare, Management, Marketing, Technical, Books, Magazines, Letters, Speeches, Websites, etc. as well as Proof Reading / Editing.

Our uniqueness is our methodology for translation that we follow for each and every job.

Step 1 - Cataloging the pages given to us for translation to make batches for easiness of translation and compilation of the end output.
Step 2 - Manual translation on paper (hand written)
Step 3 - Typing of the hand written translations
Step 4 - Internal harmonization to check that the same wording, style, grammar and vocabulary are used throughout all the pages and correction if any changes are required
Step 5 - Proofing of the finalized version above by taking a physical print out and getting it checked by professional proofreaders and editors
Step 6 - Finalizing the draft copy after implementing the suggestions and changes of the proofreaders and editors.
Step 7 - Final draft sent to you for approval
Step 8 - Formatting and typesetting of the finalised draft version.
Step 9 - Delivery of the final file in electronic format.


The proffessional experience of each individual is ranging over 35 years to 42 years in translation work and are retired employees from Department of Languages, Govt. of Gujarat from various posts ranging from Deputy Director to Translators.

All the translators are native.

We would like to emphasize about our core strength being technical and telecom translations and are experts in health questionnaire validations. We boast of a very lengthy portfolio in the above mentioned sectors with over 20 projects done for telecom and technical material with an average word count over 25000 for each project, entire children education syllabus for standard 1 to 12 and over 55 projects for linguistic validations for health questionnaire.

Two of the members have been involved in the creation of over 6 different types of Gujarati to English and vice versa Dictionaries also justifying the experience and knowledge of the language. All of them are right now fully involved in translation services and currently doing Govt. and Private outsourced work and to expand the work have joined together to form a group with The Vision Softwares. This forms the core group for translation services to be delivered in the Given Time with Professional Quality.

Our Minimum Rates (in Indian Rupees as well as US dollars)

Translation (Translation, Editing and Proofreading inclusive of DTP) for

English <> Gujarati: Rs 1.50 per word ($ 0.03 per word)

Text Books, Magazines, Websites, Newspaper Articles, Thesis, Research Papers, General Text, Law and Legal Statements and Notifications, Financial Statements and Text Subjects like Health, Engineering, Technical, Biology, Medical, Health care, Accounts, Finance, General, Management, Marketing etc.

For Bulk Work the rates can be varied according to the work.

We can manage any type of fonts including UNICODE and any TTF fonts, also with C-dac Fonts, ISM, Bhasha Bharti etc.
