Hi,
What should I do with an outsourcer who got the work done and doesn't respond to any mail?

Much of the world doesn't do a whole lot of business from around December 23 to around January 2. Could that be the issue?

It's one of the quirks of working across international borders. For instance, I've come to expect that bills due in August from outsources in Spain often don't get paid till September.
