Sometimes you want to use or edit your CafeTran glossaries elsewhere, for instance in Ms Word, a web editor or web form.

Mac users can use the Ultimate Term Tool macro for Keyboard Maestro :

The layout of the terms file corresponds to the order of the fields in Preferences > Definitions. (You can set the 3 user-defined fields there yourself.)

Here you can also set the list of Clients and Subjects to the ones that Ultimate Term Tool creates in the UTT folder inside your Documents folder. ▲ Collapse
